SOME THINGS IN LIFE ARE MEANT TO BE.  THANKS TO A LOVING GRANDMOTHER AND SUPPORTIVE FAMILY.  SHE BOUGHT MY FIRST RADIO, A BALL AND CHAIN FROM SPARTANS DEPARTMENT STORE WHEN I WAS 11.  A TAPE RECORDER CAME SOON AFTER, SHE GAVE ME THE GREY TAPE TO TAPE THAT MULTI-BAND RADIO TO MY 10-SPEED BIKE WITH MY FATHERS RAILROAD BATTERIES.  THE MUSIC WAS ALWAYS PLAYING.

 

I GRADUATED FROM FAIR PARK HIGH SCHOOL, WHERE I ATTENDED THE CADDO CAREER CENTER.  THIS WAY MY FIRST TIME TOUCHING A PAIR OF TURNTABLES.(KZAP) MY CONTINUED EDUCATION WAS OBTAINED AT SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY IN BATON ROUGE, LA., MAJORING IN BROADCASTING, INTERNING AT KQXL IN NEW ROADS, LA. MY FIRST RADIO JOB WAS AT 96 ROCKS(KTAL) , SOON TO FOLLOW KISS FM 102.7, AND KDKS 92.1

 

FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS I’VE BEEN BRING THE HEAT AT MAGIC 102.9 THE “VOICE” DRIVING YOUR WEEKENDS SATURDAY 3-7 PM AND SUNDAY 2-6 PM
