Cops had to be called to the Legacy subdivision last week because residents believed a killer was on the loose! Well it turns out is was just Gregory Powell AKA the Michael Myers of Bossier City! He’s got an Instagram account and everything! Halloween should be fun this year in Bossier…. especially with the new movie coming out!
