Tyson Foods is recalling 8.5 million pounds of ready-to-eat frozen chicken due to possible listeria contamination. This was issued after 2 people got sick, and 1 person has died.

Listeria is a bacteria that can be found in water, soil, and some animals such as poultry, and cattle. If consumed it can cause a food born illness called listeriosis which is one of the most serious cases of food poisoning.
